CODE OF ETHICS

We have always valued sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Innefablux and its associated group do not cut corners. Instead, we build relationships to ensure that our suppliers deliver only the best. The Group had its first Ethics Charter all the way back in 1994. We have taken steps since then to improve our approach, training our employees and supporting charities along the way. We know that all businesses should make the world a better place, and we even take great efforts to support the things our customers support. Our corporate governance has been a focus is over the last few years, as we find it important to strengthen our own approach so we can serve you.

We currently take a stakeholder-based approach to ethics and sustainability. We know that employees, suppliers, customers, and the general public have a stake in our success. This is why we fight for gender equality, worker fairness, an adherence to child labor laws, and much more. We work not only to root out corruption in our industry, but also to have a positive impact on the communities in which we sell our goods. To put it simply, we want to be a positive player in changing the world, and we have dedicated ourselves to doing just that.

We have worked out a Suppliers’ Charter that allows our brand to continue to be a leader in environmental protection. On top of that, we have developed methods whereby our employees can report behavior that does not square with our principles. By doing this, we hope that we will be able to lead the way in our industry for many years to come.

At the end of the day, we know that just doing business is not enough. We need to do it the right way. Because of this, we will continue to assess where we stand in terms of ethics so that we might be able to better serve our customers and the community at large in the years to come.
